I really don't like anything that comes out of the sea, but for some reason I love bacon wrapped scallops. I've only made them once though when a friend of mine drove to and from Nova Scotia. I gave her something like 20 bucks and she came back with 5 lbs of em! One friend of mine ate 36 of them that night, I'm surprised he didn't end up in the Emergency ward.

Especially when they're served in the little pastries with
oodles of garlic butter. I can cook about anything but
something about the snails, I can only enjoy them when
someone else makes them.

Classic fried eggrolls. Haven't made a batch in ages but stop at the local gas station every once in a while as they have some of the best fresh eggrolls in town.

Chinese, it's the Crab Rangoons.

Anyplace else, I'll go for the fried mozzarella or stuffed mushroom caps, depending on what's available.

Sometimes we'll get queso flameado (queso with chorizo, mushrooms and peppers), but feel guilty later because it is sooooo bad for you.
