The golf course gators here in NC are much smaller. (Not here in Chapel Hill, but all along the NC coast.)

Are there enough fish, fowl, mammals and other reptiles inhabiting that golf course to feed that massive creature? Or are humans feeding it like Betty White's character fed the gator in Lake Placid?

so they don't have to eat as much for their body weight as we do. They don't eat at all in the winter.
