Just put out our feeder with grape jam and the only visitors so far have been the dang robins.

(29,696 posts)we've had robins for years eating at these feeders.......mom's feeding their babies. We used to say that our feeders were like the drive thrus for robins. Just wondering if there is anything we could do, outside keep filling it up.

(9,894 posts)I've been trying to attract orioles for three years now with jam and oranges. We have tons of Robins, but they don't touch the jam. The catbirds on the other hand... Orioles have arrived but still not interested in the feeder.
