Each 2oz bottle of regular 5 hour energy contains about 215mg of caffeine. So for someone who weighs 68kg (150lbs), it would take around 10-13.5 grams of caffeine. On the low end, that's about 47 bottles or 94oz. A Super Big Gulp is 40oz.

So I'd have to say no, it probably wouldn't kill an otherwise healthy person, but you'll probably wish you were dead.
