Prince liked this skit so much, he put Chappelle on the cover of one of his singles. It's based on a real incident that happened to Eddie and Charlie Murphy.

Okay, I realize he isn't African American, but Prince wasn't especially dark skinned. Bruno plays multiple instruments, is a superb showman and he's short!
