But then, there's that other place... if it isn't more than you can handle, what's the point? Unless those who are damned will all eventually be saved, which has been considered heresy before but maybe isn't now (I confess, I don't keep up with this stuff).

And don't get me started on the too-freely used concept of "closure" after a loved one dies. You go on because you have to, but you are forever changed. Another BS concept, IMO.
