Odd Behavior?

While I was out walking today I noticed a line of cars preparing to go into the car wash. This was while very threatening rain clouds were overhead with a forecast of 100% rain for the day.

Perhaps they are optimistic declaimers of the Weather Wizards. Puzzled I am.

last summer that I was tempted to go get my car washed just so we could get a little rain. LOL
