You've got 1 year until you really start to feel hangovers so much more than when you were in your 20's.

At 35, dieting and working out have little effect on your body, while junk food and fat find weird places to park on your body.

At 40, your body will just give you the middle finger. You might throw your back out while washing your hair in the shower or even brushing your teeth.

Also at 40, you won't understand squat about technology and will find it difficult to program simple electronics.
