Thought I'd have to move to Chicago today.........
don't get me wrong I love Chicago. What happened was that my FIOS set top boxes did not adjust for Daylight Savings Time and showed Central time & not Eastern time. It wasn't something I could fix on my own. I did a live chat with FIOS help & it got fixed in about 15 minutes.
If it couldn't fix it, I would have been able to figure things out for viewing, but it would have been difficult for my 85 year old Mom.
