I used to have 4 full sized one, a green, a white, a yellow, and a pink. They got too large, and I had no place to really give them the cool period they needed to initiate blooms, so I eventually gave them away to a friend.

Where you are in CA, do you plant them outdoors? I understand they make nice garden plants in frost free climates.

I have over 250, mostly species that are cool growing. This one, like all of mine, are in a pot - I'm currently in an apartment

I have tried orchids without luck so far but once I get my plumeria figured out they are my next project. So far so good, it has taken me 5 years to finally get them through the winter here in Kansas. They are on my deck learning how to deal with the Kansas wind.

Those are lovely.
