A friend of the family made lemon soufflé tonight for dinner. It is rich and lemony and yummy.

very old fashioned as desserts go. I used to make it for my dad back in the early 1980s. What is your favourite old time recipe?

I had to learn how to make it because after I moved to Florida from Texas I found nobody here knows how.

And it's kind of similar to chicken marsala so that's why I tried that tonight.
