W00t! Tonight I get to see Voivod in a club about the size of my house*
and my house is only 900 square feet not counting the garage we closed in.
Some good opening acts too - Solid thrash band Vektor and I'm stoked for Eight Bells as they are a little different than my usual fare. Plus, their drummer is in another awesome band I'll be seeing next month - she is top notch and in her other band she does vocals and drums.
Some good local bands too.
AND the club does 2 for 1 craft beers til 9. They have maybe 20 beers on tap and a whole bunch more in bottles. Great little place to see a show.
*the room where the show will be is not much bigger than my house. But they have other areas to make the whole club much bigger - the bar area is down the hall a ways.
