They are our providers too, and I have had to spend way too many hours on the phone for the past 10 years about their constant over billing.

Just read today that some guy had developed or found a bot which automatically tweets on the Comcast Twitter feed every time his internet service goes below the minimum speed that Comcast says they are to provide.
Then Comcast goes crazy over the tweets, but he will not identify himself to them.

We need something like that for Frontier.

I was supposed to be called back via cell phone. No call. I called them again. Well, it was because there were so many CT calls they just melded all the complaint calls into one. Great.

We got rid of ComCast because of shitty service and now our first shiity experience with their replacement, Frontier...

I am guessing they are blaming the very cold temps...
