Sounds good. I usually have some goat cheese in the fridge these days. I'll try that next.

I even bought a small bag of extra cranberries because I like them so much. I'm not sure what the green seeds are but they add a lot to the salad. If I think I need the protein, I shave a bit of Jarlsburg cheese over it.
