I was able to stretch it out over two days though. Just in case, I also got a pint of the salted carmel. You haven't lived until you've had a pint of that gooey goodness. I like how the glob of carmel sticks to the spoon so you can eat it like a lollipop.

Our family joked that it was ice cream crack.

Unfortunately they have discontinued it. It was part of Publix's limited edition flavors and while they still have their disgusting Pumpkin Pie flavor they no longer have the New Orleans Caramel Praline.
