Woman's body was in Salinas Walmart parking lot for months

http://www.sfgate.com/news/article/Woman-s-body-was-in-Salinas-Walmart-parking-lot-6819298.php

A young woman's body was in a busy parking lot for three months before anyone noticed something was wrong, investigators said Tuesday.

Lauren Jessie Moss, 22, of Marina, Calif., was found dead inside her silver Volkswagen Jetta. The car was parked outside a Walmart store in Salinas near East Boronda Road and North Main Street.

Moss was last seen alive in Seaside on Nov. 13, 2015, the same day that she left a rehab center....

On Feb. 3, Moss' body was found by Walmart employees.

I knew Walmart had always the low prices, always, but six feet under?!

I would hope my family would go look for me a lot sooner than 3 months.

My guess is they did the report, and then filed it in a drawer to gather dust. Such compassion. Yes yes, I know thousands of people go missing every year for a wide variety of reasons. If they devoted any minutes towards actively looking for her, then they get credit in my book.

said it was most likely suicide. They did say her car windows were tinted making it hard to see if anyone was in there.
Walmart did check there security cameras but it only goes back to December. The security camera does show the car was in the lot at that time.
