I'm back on Verizon FiOS after two years in Comcast prison.

Clear connections and nobody named 'Bob' or 'Sally' who's second or third language is English.

I don't have a problem with the language, but I find they are not qualified to do the job effectively. When I need the help desk, the typical outsourced help desk is useless.

And, yes I blame the corporate shill who took the lowest bid and not the people who I am sure are underpaid for taking that job.
