Tonight is Longest Night!
A couple of years ago I was giving some blood at this time of year. One of the nurses is from Iran.
I asked her if they have any kind of feast around the solstice. She broke into a huge smile and said "O yeah- Longest Night"
From he description it sounded just like a Christmas party.
So - as if the Lounge needed another party day - raise the stein or stoke the toke and sing praises to the longest night
