Drop some chopped oven, salt and pepper, in and you can eat he skin of the potato too.

Just need to translate campfire cooking into oven cooking. Baking over coals with no flame is similar to between 250 and 370 degrees Fahrenheit depending on how close to red hot embers you are cooking.
Looking at the video, it seems that if using a white skinned or red skinned potato, you'll be baking at 30 minutes around 350 for a just under hard boiled egg consistency. Russets will probably require a bit more temperature but approximately the same amount of time due to the denseness of the skin.
The lower time and temperature from a normal baked potato is because you've hollowed out the potato and egg cooks much faster than potato.

I am curious about the blurb for a video on how to bake a cake in an orange. The question would be whether or not the pith would make it bitter, or be able to transfer the essence of orange oil from the peel (which would seem a fantastic way for making "cake balls" with chocolate batter...)
On edit - here's the link to that page. Same guy, no mask.

She watched it almost as intently as she does all the videos for cats with birdies and squirrels in them.
