Homeless man admits killing friend with tube of foot cream

The Sun Herald reports (http://bit.ly/1PadTGE) a Hancock County grand jury had indicted Edward Winnicki Jr. on a murder charge in the December 2013 slaying of 58-year-old David Bourgeois in Waveland. Bourgeois also was homeless....
Assistant District Attorney Chris Daniel said Winnicki and Bourgeois were such good friends they were known in the community as "running partners."...
Daniel said a fight escalated and turned deadly when Winnicki stabbed Bourgeois with a small pocket knife and suffocated him.
