Who else but me likes the Geico Peter Pan commercial?

Sure, in it, Peter is an annoying brat, but it’s fitting, I think, and I can’t help chuckling every time I see it.

Here’s a Houston Chronicle article about the commercial and the 12-year-old actor, Thomas Barbusca, who plays Peter Pan.

6. I love this commercial

I'm a former advertising copywriter, and thus I mute all commercials. Never watch a one of them...but this one I watch! I laugh every time. He is so incredibly self-assured as he says "don't look a day over 70!" The other part that cracks me up is when he's flying and his foot goes in the guy's face.

Whoever cast that actor deserves an award!

That's what's known as Damning With Faint Praise. I've seen road kill I've liked better than that odious GE ad---which seems to be running 3 or 4 times an hour, these days.....
