It is called Dead Set, and all five 30 minute episodes are on Youtube.
It's about the Zombie Apocalypse in Britain, centering around the cast of Big Brother. Hilarious and disturbing. It's from Charlie Booker, the guy who did Black Mirror. (I finally caught the Christmas special with Jon Hamm, and now need about 36 hours to decompress)

I thought that was interesting too. In the last few episodes she's looked worse and worse and in the promo above she almost looks like a Walker - drab clothes, unhealthy coloring, vacant eyes, mouth open, stiff, stilted movements, etc. I guess she will start to "wake up" and come back now after she's now killed her first Walker. At least I hope so as I like her character.

Make 10 yo-yos. There are, what, 1000 walkers? That's basically a solid days work for 20 people.

until the finish.

ETA: Don't teach Ron to shoot. No. No. No.

He wants to shoot you, Rick. He really, really does.

That'll do, Jessie. That'll do.

How touching(Maggie/Aaron). (not really...I didn't find that touching or life affirming or any sort of resolution at all)

Besides, everyone already guessed she was pregnant. So that added nothing to the scene.

Good for Deanna!

Yay! Tara and Denise!

No! Don't kiss Jessie. She's not good enough to be Judith's new mommy.

Oh, look. Dripping blood.

Well. OK. Transition show.

You know, I just might be a little hostile toward the show right now. The whole Glenn thing - if he's dead, say so already. I don't need to be reminded that in the ZA people will disappear or die without their loved ones ever knowing what happened to them. That's a given. No need to use a primary character to bring the point home. It's one of the many layers that make up the backdrop of life when the dead come back to feed on the living.

Now, if he's been saved captured by Negan - that's another story. Not a particularly nice one, to be sure. Still doesn't change the contrived maudlin aspect of Maggie's monologue, however.

Yeah, I think it's safe to conclude I'm still a wee bit peeved about the dumpster scene.

but, I think season 2 had a lot of filler material in it. Good opening episode, then you had the great mid-season finale with Barnageddon and the revelation that Sophia was now a zombie. Then, the last 3 episodes were excellent – the death of Dale, the deaths of Shane and then Farmageddon as the season finale. The other good moments were few and far between, however.

Mon Nov 9, 2015, 10:44 AM

Some thoughts on my end.

I usually think The Walking Dead does not handle slower episodes all that well, but I thought it worked last night – we had Denise stepping up as a doctor, and maybe into something with Tara, with had Carl and Ron with their shoving match, Rick and Jessie making out, the shouting match between Spencer and his mom, and the news that Maggie is pregnant.

Plus, I think the intense start and the walker incidents gave us some action.

I heard a few people speculating online that the blood on the wall was possibly from Spencer – maybe killed by a Wolf while he took the guard shift on the wall? (Maybe he choked on one of his hoarded chips, tumbled over and died?)

and Denise knows how to make it better. I can't believe that she is a doctor of any sort and is amazed that one can actually drain an abscess. I'm an English teacher and I know that. It had to be something else that she read. And even though they didn't talk about Rick's hand injury in this show, reality is that he has all kinds of walker blood in that cut and that ain't good.

But, there could be a sewer under the dumpster where Glenn is surrounded by zombies! Good idea.

Writers generally have to drop hints to prepare the audience for the twist, or they get called out for cheating. It has to be something that you have to say, "Oh, I missed that one, but the clues were there."
