Feeding the campaign troops (phone bankers and canvassers, etc.)

The "comfort captains" always do a tremendous job with provisioning. Some munchables seem to be automatic, like pizza and veggie platters. Homemade goodies are always welcome, but the necessary quantities can be scary. I'm looking to add to the list for when potential donors ask what to bring. So, what's most popular with your campaign workers?

...walking tacos, I think they're called. An individual size bag of Fritos, some seasoned ground beef, shredded lettuce, shredded cheese, a plastic spork and you're good to go - you don't even need paper plates.

Edited to elaborate:

The beef and other "fixings" are put right into the Fritos bag (a lot of people crunch the bag first to break up the chips). The beef can be done ahead of time and put in a crockpot - the other stuff can be bought pre-made from the grocery store.
