I just saw once of the best concerts of my lifetime last night - Father John Misty

Everytime this guy was in the Philly area it was a day I couldn't go see him. And Baltimore was the last time he was going to be in the area before heading off into the wild blue yonder but of course that was my first day back from vacation. And mind you I just spent 2 days up in Philly volunteering for the Pope Francis visit which was two days of walking over 10 miles plus standing on my feet for over 6 hours so yeah I'm pretty tired.

But I figured what the fuck, I watched that damn movie 'Wild' too many times and figured I have to start living my life without fear too.

What a fucking amazing concert. Mind you I don't think I'd see another concert at Ram's Head Live in Baltimore. And some of these young'ins need to learn if you are going to stand up in general admission front you need to learn to drink less because you are not going to get your space back when you do your bathroom break in the middle of the show. (Me - one beer then I find my spot and I'll hold it in until the show is done, I'm a veteran of standing in the front for General Admission concerts, just did it twice for Robert Plant).

I don't have any video from last night's show but here's a clip from another show. This guy was all over the stage, jumping off drum sets, rolling over the floor, tossing guitars off-stage. Pretty great show for $30.
