The call of home knows no limits of time or distance
My two daughters went to college in the USA, one stayed on there, one got a high-paying job here in Germany and came back. She lives in the Frankfurt/Main area nowhere near Bavaria. Still, come Oktoberfest time, no more of this Manhattan/Frankfurt urban professional façade: O Zapft is!

New York City to München and back in 4 days!! My two nutty daughters, but they earn their own living and know what they want. And we want for them whatever they want.
So it's all good.
And yes, they got a good dosage of my wife's genes, so they are easy on the eye as well

In my experience, women like her were always too stuck up to take a glance at the likes of me--unless their sight was too poor to realize how beautiful they are themselves. How do you think I lucked out with a woman like her anyhow?
She obviously saw what really matters: your soul and your intelligence.
