2. We had a great time there, but only spent one night

Had we known about the scooter rental place on the island, we probably would have planned on another night.

The woman in black at the end of the video was the airport manager. She spoke less English than I spoke French. We told her our hotel name and she kept asking if we wanted a ride. Google showed the hotel right next to the airport, but it was really on the other side of the island. I finally made a motion with my fingers telling her we were going to walk and she looked at us like we were crazy. One of the other pilots told us the hotel was on the north side of the island. The hotel owner picked us up and dropped us off.

7. They all got a little water access. There would be a road that went along then landside end of their

and it's such a gorgeous landscape. With the warmth and the thunderstorms, I had a great deal of difficulty imagining it in winter...
