there was a story in the local rag (i'm in northern colorado) about a stolen bike that was recovered in texas by a local cop who just happened to be taking his daughter to visit a college in the same town. the second comment on the story was "did they find it in the basement of the alamo?"
the only thing that would have been better is if it were retrieved in san antonio.
