but like everyone else it is rare to have that opportunity. Sometimes six and eight packs of water bottles we get for a camping trip or something have them.

I've cut down on these purchases since I started making my own iced tea to take out with me, using a washable bottle and an ice pack.

but sometimes it can't be helped. I have a pond in front of my house with tons of ducks. The squirrels like to drag the trash out of the bins (they even ate through the lids) so we are pretty careful on how we toss stuff out.

Even if I see them as trash on the street, I do that.

I once saw a sea turtle victim to one of those. It was something I'll never forget.

in a convenience store in Juneau, AK (I was in the CG at the time) - that was the very first thing I printed for posting outside of my house when I bought a laser printer and DTP program for my Atari ST... ...a "Give 'em a break" sign, telling people why they needed to do it.
