It looks from the photos like you have a Royal Strike of a 1715 eight escudos, worth well into six figures by itself, in there. They can probably evaluate that stuff better than anyone.

*on edit--not only are they tops in coins, but Sylvester Stallone just selected them to auction off his Rocky and Rambo memorabilia. If I had the time, I would fly to L.A. just to take pics of the Hollywood types present at that one!

Wow, that is pretty damn awesome. I read a book about Mel Fisher and the sacrifices he made. I remember seeing him on Johnny Carson, I think Johnny even went on a dive with Mel at the site of his Atocha find.

It was a pile of silver bars the size of a school bus. Just had 30th anniversary of that find this month.
The 1715 wrecks are 300 years this Friday.
