Is 'The Magistrate' still around?

MisterP here has a similar avatar to The Magistrate, I think, and when I see 'his' posts, sometimes I also think of The Magistrate and hope he's doing ok.

5. The Magistrate's wife used to post here, too.

I remember when he was ill, she joined and told us how he was doing. She stuck around for awhile, was a terrific poster, too, but I just looked and she hasn't posted since 2013. I also hope he's okay. He was one of my very first friends on DU, besides being a brilliant guy.

Honestly, I found the "Sir/Ma'am" affectation a bit cloying, but if you can get past the subject lines his posts were well worth reading more often than not.
