Great acting, writing, etc.

Plus the music.... in all it's various levels of development .

And I rarely go to the movies anymore, but I really do want to see this one. The Beach Boys were always my brother's favorites, so as a result, we saw them live in concert numerous times. I'm trying to talk my brother into going with me...

RL people. (Except John Cusack, who doesn't look much like Brian but I
thought he did a good job. I really liked Paul Dano as Brian.

Brian Wilson's one of my heroes so I am very interested in the story. I think
if someone wasn't real interested in the Beach Boys, it might have seemed slow-moving to them--compared to the rapid-pace movies we've become accustomed to today.

If you're a Beach Boy fan, I recommend it.
