...each of which had an emblem on the back reading "PZEV". I closed on the second one and read below that emblem "Partial Zero Emissions Vehicle". Does anyone else here enter a strange Zen-like state while they contemplate the concept of a partial zero???

A PZEV car has zero evaporative emissions (between the fuel tank and the engine) and super/ultralow tailpipe emissions.
So, it's kinda partly zero.
