Somebody explain to me what these abbreviations I keep seeing are. I've been at the site less than a week and I haven't picked up the vernacular yet. One of my threads got this as a reply.

Two things-

Yes-I put them in there. I've been writing since I was 11. This ain't my first rodeo! Why they didn't show up I donno- maybe I need to edit it. When I find time in my busy schedule...

And also- I would think that just HAVING a profile would carry some kind of weight since a lot of the profiles I've read so far are blank! Just letting you know.

Thanks for helping TRY to explain the lingo around here too me. I am now officially lost as a baby raccoon in the woods. Somebody run this by me again- What exactly is this person saying by DU Rec N/T ??? Break it down in plain english!

And then feel free to have a good long laugh at the noob. Everybody needs to laugh at least once a day and I don't mind being the butt fo a joke. (I've been the butt of many). In fact if I were one of those 'butt receptacles' in public places I would have ashes coming out of my ears.
