Jenner has no immediate plans on having the final part of gener reassignment surgery. Supposedly, Jenner likes to be with women using the original equipment. Given the rest of Jenner's metamorphisis, that seems odd to me.

I imagine that you intended it as a joke, but it's grossly offensive, and it cheapens the experience of transgender people everywhere.

That's one interpretation. It's also possible that they read your blame-shifting explanation and decided that it wasn't worth the effort to try and make you understand your mistake.
