I do keep a jar of Grey Poupon Country Style around (country is better than regular for my purpose). I mix it about 1 part to 3 or 4 parts of Hellman's mayonnaise. Makes a super easy dipping sauce for asparagus or breaded fish to add a little flavor and tastes like a much more time consuming complex sauce than it is.

Horseradish - it's what's good about mustard!

I grew up on Guilden's brown. Can't quite get myself to buy the yellow stuff.

Grey Poupon ingredients: Water , Vinegar , Mustard Seed , Salt , Wine White , Fruit Pectin , Citric Acid , Tartaric Acid , Sugar , Spices

Key Food (NYC supermarket) Dijon mustard ingredients: Distilled vinegar, water, #1 Mustard Seed, Salt, White Wine, Citric Acid, Tartaric Acid, Spices.

I like that the store brand doesn't have sugar in it.
