Mourning the Passing

Inventor (discoverer?) of the Pet Rock has died. Clever man sold 1.5 million of them for $4 a shot till the fad passed. Video goes on to show the in's and out's of the Pet Rock. Sadly, I never got one. Wonder what they would go for in a Pawn Stars episode?

the subject was to write about the perfect pet and I chose the Pet Rock. I'm glad my teacher had a sense of humor.

USB Pet Rock (with a USB wire for attaching to your computer), Pet Rocks with dogs and cats painted on them, red and green Pet Rocks, mini-Pet Rocks, and a bunch of other crud.

I have to give it to the "inventor."
