i'm hatching a birthday extravaganza plan
it's not a milestone birthday or anything, but i want to do something different this year. i floated it by the husband and was met with ambivalence, but that doesn't mean no since he's ambivalent about damn near everything.
i want to spend a long weekend in ne utah and go to dinosaur national monument and flaming gorge. it would be the first weekend of may, so the weather will still be a bit of a crap shoot (i had originally thought about camping, but nixed it on those grounds) but that's just part of living in this part of the world.
overtime is approved at work and, as much as i don't want to work overtime, this will be a good motivation for it.
i am super excited just thinking about this and i will make it happen
