It's 12 degrees outside and

My neighbor next door (half double) decided to stain or glue something in his front room. My whole house smells. I can't believe he is doing this in the middle of winter when you can't open the windows because the heat will go on.

Might be putting off something dangerous. Perhaps the person isn't aware that the fumes are coming to your side, something you should let them know.

Their mother came to the door and said that they were going to be doing more. I just wish they would wait until summer so that all the windows could be open. I had to sleep with my window open all night.
