The Season Finale will be 90 minutes, instead of the usual 60. That allows them to give us an extra 15 minutes of commercials.

the description is that Daryl encounters trouble while out on a run. I wonder if he - spoiler alert - meets The Saviors and gets the Glenn Death? They gave TV Hershel the Tyreese death from the comics...

Rick and company have a ton of reasons not to give up their guns, but if Alexandria does not have a lot of people trained with weapons, they have no reason to let in a large group of armed and potentially hostile people who clearly know how to use their guns.

The more people on your side, the better. The Alexandria recruiters have apparently been watching them for a while before they decided to make contact. Two of them going out on their own to follow and recruit the group indicates they know how to handle themselves. It could be a legit place like Terminus used to be, and then an outside threat arises.

that Deanna knows they're not being 100% straightforward. I mean, would you buy that "I don't know what to do with my gun" act Carol was putting on? They've been out there for a year and a half making it and scraping by, but then you give an assault rifle to a woman that doesn't know how to use it? Maybe it will fool the woman with the weapons cart, but I doubt it would fool somebody a little more savvy.

The sneak preview shows Sasha being extremely skittish. She's out in the forest by herself. She has a weapon in her arm and nervously looks left and right before shooting something in the distance. She stops and looks around before continuing what she's doing.

She had collected picture frames from the house and set them up for target practice.

My first thought was that the writers realized what a piss poor excuse it was to have Tyrese get distracted by a picture frame, and decided to destroy every picture frame on the set to avoid making that mistake again.

My guess - and this is only a guess - is that since he was loaded with a ton of weapons when Rick, Michonne and Carl visited him a few seasons back, so will make a dramatic entrance during the season finale - a herd of walkers is about to overwhelm the gates of Alexandria and Morgan shows up behind them and starts mowing them down.

or, maybe since Daryl is singled out in the season finale description, Morgan shows up to save Daryl? However, Morgan does not know Daryl from a hole in the ground, so that might not work.

There is a point where a pre-Saviors gang attempts to attack Alexandria. The leader comes up to the gate and confronts Rick and says, spoiler alert: "Little pig, little pig, let me in" - so, I think that's where the writers came up with the Wolves idea. In the comic, though, Andrea heads up to her little water tower and picks off some of the attackers. I'm guessing that might be Sasha now, since Andrea's dead on the show. They already hinted at it with her turning and shooting the zombie as they entered the town. My guess is that the final episode is Rick's final showdown with Jessie's husband, the confrontation with the Wolves, and then Deanna saying that Rick is a better leader than her...Rick stands there stunned as we close the season. looks like they are still on track to beat the dreaded season 5 curse - ratings continue to increase.

http://variety.com/2015/tv/news/weekly-ratings-walking-dead-empire-separate-from-the-pack-1201445169/

(season 5 curse is that long running TV shows start to see some slippage in ratings in year 5 and typically never get back to where they were - even if they continue at, or near, the top of the ratings.)
