I wanted to thank all of you because you don't know how much you've helped me

I am grieving. I am giving myself a year to grieve. My head is barely above water, but I have to keep on keeping on. I read this page each day, and it helps me come back to normal, if only a little bit.

I don't respond or say "thank you" enough.
