After one week I have lost 9 lbs. and I even had a couple of slices of pizza and a bowl of ice-cream.
So far so good. I'll up date next week.

I had my annual physical exam/labs last month and found I had lost 22 pounds over the prior year. No clue how or why.

(12,321 posts)You're doing so well. I'd like to get started on a program of my own. I'm recovering from 6 reconstructive foot and ankle surgeries in 2 years, so the exercise part has got me stymied.

(971 posts)If you don't lose anything for a week. If you change fat to muscle, which is much denser. But remember that muscle burns through fat a lot faster.
Just make sure that you get some good fats in your diet. Or your gall bladder can go China Syndrome. Not fun.
