Crap..I am coming down with a cold

Husband got it first, now I have that tell-tale runny nose and slight ache. The plus side of being unemployed is not having to call in sick, but we are supposed to go see a play with my mom on Sunday and she will not tolerate us being under the weather.

I know most OTC meds are worthless, I have some zinc lozenges (Dr. Oz recommended to shorten the length of a cold) ..sigh I just hate getting sick.

Plus, I am not a nurturing person, so my poor husband is fending for himself. Of course I demand full attention when I am sick.

Alright end of whine.

1. Get yourself a crate of cuties (as long as they don't ask for ID)

save one for the dog and cover up.

3. Before you go to bed,

put some Vicks Vapo Rub on the bottom of your feet and then put some socks on (so you don't mess up your sheets.)
