(5,604 posts)I used to have a Siberian husky who would hunt for field mice like that when we walked over snowy grassland. He was very good at it too.

(36,827 posts)After lunchtime the Danish contractors would toss scraps to the fox behind the chow hall. I joined them a couple of times. They would show up the same time everyday for their feeding and get really close. For a wild animal they were relatively tame. At first you think you could just walk up and pet them like a dog, but one look at their teeth and you think otherwise.
