Ingredients:
Chicken breasts, pounded pretty thin
Crushed cornflakes
1 c. mayo plus more for spreading on chicken
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1 c. milk.
Spread mayo on both sides of chicken, then lay in crushed cornflakes. Roll up and secure w/ toothpick. Bake at 350 for about a half hour.
Sauce: mix 1 c. mayo, cheese and milk in sauce pan and cook over medium low heat until melted and combined. Add a little thyme to the sauce if you want, I don't give a fuck.
Serve over some fluffy fukken rice. It's hella good.

It's a new era, indeed. Not only did the corn flake-breaded chicken provoke no flamewar this time, no one even mentioned the superiority of panko.

I don't give a fuck what anyone says, that recipe sounds damn good. I'm going to have to try it with Panko though.
