(28,394 posts)You were an inventor! Your memories reveal a clever and innovative past life as a great inventor. Were you Leonardo da Vinci? Thomas Edison? Benjamin Franklin? Or maybe the first human to figure out how to start a fire? It's impossible to tell, but what's certain is that you were far ahead of your time and made great strides in your field. You were a true radical and changed the world! This time around, you're intelligent, practical, down to earth and relaxed. Try tapping into your inner inventor, the possibilities are endless!

I doubt that.

(24,146 posts)You were a warrior in your past life! Your memories reveal a strength and fighting spirit that few can match. You're strong, determined, dedicated, and willing to sacrifice for what you believe in. Your past life was very difficult and full of struggle, but you were incredibly courageous and achieved a great deal. There's a fire within you that will take you far in life. You may have had some rough patches already in this life, but rely on your inner warrior because nothing can stop you!

(21,849 posts)You were a queen! Your memories reveal that you were a powerful and enchanting queen in your past life! You were seductive, romantic, strong, determined, and a true lover of the arts. You were admired by your kingdom and relentlessly pursued by the all the men (and even the ladies!) of your realm. Your beauty still shines through in this life and it's clear to all who know you that you're royalty at heart. You are irresistible and draw all of your lovers like moths to a flame. What do you think about having been a queen? Let us know, your highness!
Haha. I wish I could believe that.

I wasn't on that one, but have been close to hostile areas.
Fortunately my next excursions will be near Alaska (I should be able to see Russia from my deck though) and Northern Canada.
with that said, I still enjoy them, but save them for the landlubbers.
Matey for sure! I've read enough of your comments to chose never to arrgh-gue

(21,020 posts)smack dab in the middle of a topic on past lives.
What "conversation" is supposed to happen here?
What "dialogue" is supposed to happen?
OK, let's stop playing games, alright?
If you had wanted to get a conversation going, or open dialogue, you would have commented on my revelation on actual past life memories. "Oh, really? That's interesting. Tell me more".
That's what I would do if I really cared about being polite and opening a dialogue.
Instead, I suspect you are only trying to shame me for daring to think outside a box, and in doing so, I RUINED your topic. Well, twenty lashes for me!! Off with my head!!! Unpardonable sin!!!
See, I am truly interested in past lives, so I thought it would be kind of neat to get that sort of conversation going in an OP that was already dealing with the subject.
I'm not vain enough to need my own special little thread.
In any event, the Lounge is not supposed to be about people's drama. I certainly didn't intend to start any.
So my humble suggestion to you is to clearly state the rules for replying to your posts, games, polls, or wherever else you don't want people who march to their own drummers to, you know, march to their own drummers.

(21,020 posts)Whatever you say.
I just got a whole new appreciation for my granddaughter, who doesn't play coy little guessing games about what she expects from people, and whose main reason for causing drama where there isn't any is that she's only four years old.

You can choose to come into my threads and say whatever you feel the need to say to the world.

Long ago, a man I was dating took me to see a psychic he knew. She claimed I'd been royal all over Europe and other places. It was very interesting...She said the thing I wanted to do this time was have a family.
I wanted to be married and have some kids in the worst way...

(26,602 posts)queens and warriors and statesmen rode by on your chargers and carriages and whatnot. And did you ever think to toss me a tip, or ask if it hurt when you horse trod on my ankle? No, you did not.
But that's OK - I've been storing up those road apples for a dozen and more lives, and my vengeance when it comes will be biblical...

(18,479 posts)But actually I was just...
...a highwayman. Along the coach roads I did ride
With sword and pistol by my side
Many a young maid lost her baubles to my trade
Many a soldier shed his lifeblood on my blade
The bastards hung me in the spring of twenty-five
But I am still alive...

(2,273 posts)"You were a King! Your memories reveal that you were a powerful and benevolent King in your past life. You were the stuff that legends are made of, a King that went down in the annals of history for generations! You were well loved and knew no limits to your power and influence. While you once saw the world as a kingdom, you must now adjust your thinking. Meditate on seeing the world as a brotherhood of equals, and your inner King will shine through naturally without sucking up all energy in the room. What do you think about having been a King? Let us know, your majesty!"
