To keep her from slobbering all over my brushes I got her this fancy station-like toy that had bristles, bumps and a little tunnel-round ball thingy. She would have none of it. It's my brushes or nothing.

...I have tried every sort of scratching post I have come across - raw wood, sisal, corrugated cardboard, sandpapery surface, cat attract scent. Nada. Nothing will do but the oak trim around the doors and windows.

She will actually jump floor-to-shoulder when she sees me brushing my hair. It used to be cute, now it's just annoying.
