Z-Nation cliff hanger was a kick in the butt.

I won't ruin it for anyone, but this little show has pushed the envelope every step of the way and the season ending is no exception.

1. I guess next season

they'll be following a new group of survivors around? I thought maybe it would be Citizen Z as the only person holding the show together, but he's apparently dying as well?

Only thing I can think of to save the cast is either the nukes are duds and not working anymore, or there is some intervention by somebody high up in the food chain that can disarm the nukes?

2. I expect that someone had eyes on that station and knew what was going on.

The fact that "creepy guy" came in with armed soldiers suggests that a military presence and/or private organization is in operation. And I wouldn't be surprised if the doctor that infected Murphy is part of the organization that will manage to thwart the nuclear bombs from exploding.

Murphy, on the other hand, is taking the zombie genre to a whole different level. Who knows where this show will go once we understand what he's transforming into.
