Measure For Measure

My cousin just got cast in this in an amazing venue in Texas.

He's playing Angelo; I played Vincentio in college 20 years (gasp!) ago.

I'm about to start reading it again. If you haven't read it, let me get down on both knees and beg you to read this play.

Measure For Measure is Shakespeare at the very height of his powers, writing about... oh Jesus... what wasn't he writing about? Love, fidelity, the human condition, God, contrition, sin, betrayal, justice, loyalty, legitimacy...

Along with "The Winter's Tale", it's his strongest play. I seriously recommend reading it.
