Forgive me for being out of the loop

I just realized that there are two parallel DU universes. What is going on?!? I think the DU3 universe should open a portal to the DU2 universe and propose a peace treaty. How can life have meaning if kitteh threads can exist in one universe, but not the other?

Eventually, or so I"m told, DU2 will be "read only." It will not allow for more posts.

Oh, and our Help and Meta forum is the perfect place to post this sort of question!
