So, he says, they already have it in their system and if they die, they turn into zombies. But they also turn into zombies if they just get a non-fatal bite from a zombie.

It was established back in season 1 (for example with Laurie Holden's sister). If you get bitten (even if the bite itself is not fatal), you get sick and die. Then you turn into a zombie.

I believe that the illness that kills you (that is actually transmitted by the zombie bite) and the virus that zombifies you are two separate things. Originally they may have spread on the same vector, but they are nonetheless distinct. One kills you, the other revives you.

So they all have the zombie virus, but that in itself is not lethal, otherwise they'd all be dead already. It just lies dormant waiting for the host to die before kicking into gear.

Or at least that's how I interpret Big Fake TV Science.

I'm guessing Beth is with Daryl and Carol. Carol is holding her back, guarding her?...protecting her? Beth has changed...whatever was done to her. Hints from what Daryl said. (....just his voice...no real footage ...spent a lot of time with Beth and that's not the same Beth....or something like that...said at the end of show during the next week on walking dead short preview)

Bob died at peace. That was a change of pace. Hope Rick listened to him.

Michonne got her katana back!

I don't think Carol is dead or has decided to leave again. But who knows?

Based on what he says about Beth, he was with her for a while, but "she is gone," but not dead. Meaning that they left her in the hospital.

I think Morgan has Carol in the bushes at knife-point, and he sent Daryl out first to bring Rick in.

After Daryl met up with Rick, Carl, and Michonne, Daryl tells Rick about his experiences after getting out of the prison. I don't think it has anything to do with leaving Beth in the hospital, because at that time, he didn't know where she was. Daryl said she was just gone.

Daryl, emerges with his crossbow, so he's not under someone else's command, he doesn't have a quick' answer as to where Carol is, but he looks back in an easy manner and says "come out". The only 2 possible explanations I can think of is either Beth (and the next episode is about how it was done, and carol captured', or Morgan.

Daryl: "well, we were together, but then some creeps in a car with a cross on the back snatched her while we were holed up in this golf resort."
